the staff are superb. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. the location is great and the optional valet parking is brilliant.

Location & historic fine Hotel.Common areas & reception impressive.The staff were great, very accommodating with old world charm gave the hotel a 5 star feel. The Arkle restaurant was outstanding along with the staff, made us feel very special indeed but relaxed at the same time. Met most of my expectations . Bedroom comfortable, en-suite needs updating.

Superb looking hotel, right in the heart of the City. Met by the great team at reception who cant do enough to make your arrival perfect. Its as though they are waiting for you and treat you like you are special. They take your bags and if the room isn't ready they put your luggage in safe keeping and contact you when it is. As you are in the heart of the city there's plenty to do on the doorstep if you arrive early like we did (1PM). Or the bar is right next to reception and is bright and classy. The food is great and the choice of drinks at the bar is very good. Stayed here a few times now and will always look to book here first , we love it.
